Community and well-being is a big aspect of life at Crispin Lofts. We believe a home should offer more than a space to live and so we invite tenants at Crispin to community events, from Christmas wreath making to Yoga classes. There is something for everyone, whether you like to cosy up with a book or dive headfirst into our community and events.
Fitness at Crispin
Crispin Lofts’ tenants only gym means there is no excuse to miss out on that feel good workout, with space available for personal training sessions.
Yoga at Crispin
Our yoga classes are designed to help you to unwind, relax and reclaim some inner peace after a busy day. Our instructors teach regular classes in our bright and airy mezzanine space on the second floor.

Lovell Park just across the road is your calming green space sitting within the vibrant cityscape, providing space for walks, outdoor workouts and relaxing in the sun. It is also your shortcut to the arena and universities just beyond.

Crispin Lofts underwent a huge transformation back in 2012 with a lot of care and attention going into restoring the heart of the old industrial space. We’re as committed to the long term future of the building as we are to each tenant, But that’s not where the care and attention stops, from making sure your home is move in ready to hosting community events, we’re always here for anything you need during your stay with us.
